i think the general public that doesnt know much about tuning thinks that anything with a fart can is a ricer, especially if they have neons, altezzas, etc. though most people who are really going for speed dont usually have neons i guess. anyway, i think duct tape only adds somewhere around 5hp a foot? last i checked nos stickers add between 8 to 10 hp each. definitely go with the stickers.
