Grand ForksWhiteys is a 'diner' type atmosphere.. Blue Moose is an odd place but I like it.. they advertise themselves as 'a place in east grand forks'.
If you want to drop some cash.. Sanders isn't a bad place to spend it. Is that Wise Guys place still around?
Lived in Grand Forks for awhile.. hated it. Moved to Fargo

Perfect 10 Pictures (dial up will die a slow and painful death)if you want some more space to host these off of dubbsy, let me know. I can donate some space/bandwidth to the cause
(couple gigs of space, 500-600GB bandwidth maybe?) -
High End Computer Partswhats the native resolution for the LCD? Also... throw me a price for the MoBo, Processor, RAM, 7600GT, HDD, Keyboard/Mouse, speakers and an NIC. Friend of mine is looking to build himself a box with similar specs.. you might be able to save him some trouble and get your $$

cable internet question... lol .. holy complex answers for a simple problem.

You don't even need to set specific amounts of bandwidth usage for anything, as long as priorities are set correctly the router will limit the xboxs bandwidth as soon as something with higher priority is making a request.

-
Governormy cars stock limiter is 130.. without it now.. I run out of gear at 142. lame

-
cable internet questionYou need to implement some QoS (Quality-of-Service) rules using your router. Most modern routers have this functionality accessible via their Administration interface. Specifically the very very common Linksys WRT54G allows QoS rules based on device. Using this you can place your own machine on high priority and the Xbox on low. Will do what you want.
