Unless you are looking to buy one ASAP I would highly recommend waiting for an AWD model to surface...They do perform admirably in the snow/ice.

My Talon will usually get 25mpg +/- a few mpg's depending on how my driving was.

Get some compression numbers too!! That will give you a sign of what your getting into..

If only I could of cut a check on Wednesday night when nobody knew anything about it...then it would of been a real steal! A red 2003 Evolution came in on trade at corwin dodge and I was wondering if the previous owner visits this site. From what I could see it has an aftermarket intercooler, SS tubular mani, turbo, exhaust, and an Injen intake. Stock and clean looking interior. If the previous owner is on this site could you please PM me? I am taking a serious look at it and had a few questions about the car/modifications.

I am in the middle of reconditioning a 1993 7 bolt cylinder head that I want to mate to my 6 bolt bottom end. I have read that the stud holes have to be brought out 1mm to accomplish this...and I will be using ARP's. For the dsm guys who have done this: Did you just send it off to the machine shop? or could I just drill em' out with the drill press? Any information would be greatly appreciated.. thanks!

Yeah im still drivin her.. I finally put a new longblock in last july but still have to work out some kinks in it. The transfer case puked its fluid on the way back to wahp last christmas..which sucked. (thats when you saw me towin it eric :icon_rr: ) Its been driving pretty good since though crosses fingers
Ill be moving back up to fargo after this semester..so ill be driving around there more..

Upcoming plans include refreshing the top-end, wideband, suspension, and taking a peak at the transmission before I throw boost at it.
