I've been lazily searching for a winter beater and this fits the bill perfect. Can you get any more pics? Depending on the amount of rust, condition of interior and how well my fat ass fits in it I'd definitely like to take a look.

I just got back to Houston today (30 min ago actually).

If you are planning to add exhaust then any 09 will work, but if you want to keep it stock, there is an 2009.5 that added two pup cats and took away some HP and throttle response.

I said hi to a couple of people, doubt I'll ever drive the 1500 miles again until I'm moving closer.

If you think Fargo is bad, ride around Houston for a night... there are some UGLY cars, but some absolutely sick ones to make up for it.

I moved to Houston 3 months ago... still have my Buick.. but I picked up an 09 Pontiac G8 GT. I'm driving up for my sisters graduation so I'll be cruising around town until the end of May.

Not that I think I ever really met more then a handle full of you guys. So there'll be a Dark Grey G8 GT with Texas plates goofing around for the next week and a half. :icon_salut:

Definitely putting every penny into my car... just to stick it to the man. Although I'm in TX now, speed traps all OVER the place. Then again if you get off interstate, even on a 4 lane highway, they usually aren't around.

He makes valid points, yet his obvious hatred for Americans puts such a tilt on the article that its hard to not immediately get defensive as an American who's "choking down a McDonalds burger".

The article is just over 9 months old, so some facts have changed. But there is a large faction of the US that doesn't like what President Obama is doing and will vote as such. We may not be having riots or planning assassinations as Russia may like, but we aren't all just bending over.

1.5 isn't bad... depends what you shoot and how you play. I sneak around and try knifing people all the time. My K/D is 1.6 or there abouts. A buddy of mine does nothing but snipe and he's at like 2.5 K/D halfway through prestige. If I'm above 1:1 on a match I'm happy, trying to get my lifetime closer to 2:1.

I've gotten nuked a couple of times. Also got yelled at because I found where a guy was hiding and ended his kill streak at like 23 or something. He yelled at me during the intermission which just made me want to kill him more... haha.

I had some router issues last night, fixed with a firmware upgrade (Tomato 1.25... which rocks BTW). The invite system is pissing me off, but they claim there will be a patch by Friday for it. Once its all said and done, I should be able to comfortably have 5 people in my apartment on their own TV (room mates 37", other room mates 42", my 42", buddies 42" and my computers 23") I actually prefer to play on my 23" monitor, being that its set up as my computer = comfortable chair/good speakers/up close. My major bottleneck will be that we'll all be running off my router... which will probably hate me for it. haha.

I can't concentrate at work because I'm jonesing for COD. I feel like a crack addict.
