there is something disturbingly satisfying about eating nothing but pure garbage and complaining about being skinny. metabolisms are neat.I wouldn't classify eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, a banana, and milk as garbage.
Pancakes aren't exactly healthfood nor is ice cream, but both contain carbs/fat which I need and the taco's have protien and fat as well.

Ive found that you can offset this by drinking busch light.

Bah the McDonalds thing was just because I wanted to enjoy the free food while I still had access to it. I only have fast food on Tuesdays usually and it's because of Taco Tuesdays...

damn. someone wanna donate me a metabolism? I eat maybe 2500 calories a day, I am active and still dont lose weight, If anything, being active just makes me gain muscle, and not lose weight.Muscle weighs more than fat. You shouldn't focus so much on weight but rather on how you like the way you look.

I used to have that problem, now I eat about 25% of what I used to and have 25% more body fat....and weigh the exact same amount unfortunately. Case in point, my Senior year of HS I weighed 225lbs w/ a 28" waist, now I weigh 225lbs w/ a 35" waist.I wont even get started. My high school pictures speak for themselves.

I'm dreading the day my metabolism decides to just stop because my cravings won't. Then i'll get my wish and more, i'll go from 140-145lbs @ 8-9% bodyfat up to 240-245lbs @ 20-25% bodyfat.Oh well don't care
Just don't slow down your activities at all. I haven't been as active since High School and it catches up with me a little bit because I ate a lot of fast food since I found it extremely hard to get my needed calories otherwise(just not enough time to thoroughly plan my meals). I am actually starting to lose shape in my ab muscles for the first time in my life. Give me a week or so straight in the gym and I bet I'll undo most of what the past year or two has done without a regular workout.
And Dustin, you are lucky with the no shitting thing. I usually shit right after I eat, and it's so bad because its the garbage that even my body wouldn't take as nutrition lol...

My friend swears by SPIKE. It's cheap, and he mixes it with creatine for a post work out pick me up. I have been meaning to try it, but don't forget that T-nation is sponsored by SPIKE so don't think everything they say is 100% true. Everyone has to pay their bills..I use NoExplode, so does MethodlesS. Then after we get done lifting I use CellMass another monohydrate creatine to help you recover.

I just don't know how much I trust creatine. I recall hearing something about not knowing the long term (20+ years) side effects of large doses of it and possible hazards of using it..
Do any local stores like GNC sell the drinks or pills?
