mercedes slk 230 kompressor

i guess one of my points is that since he is selling it for 14,000 which is way under priced, i could resell the car again and make a profit.
-
thus boost? hmm thats a thought.
-
its a 2001.

it still has a supercharger on it. I can always just change to a smaller pulley for some extra power or will that have to many damaging effects?
-
no i know it does have a supercharger. I was implying that since it has a supercharger, I could take advantage of it and change the size of the pulley and increase boost. On a natural aspirated car, you dont have the option of dealing with the power of boost. Anyways an aftermarket pulley i believe is a basic mod for superchargers. thats what i was implying. Any other ideas towards the car? Im guessing everything else is gonna be expensive (headers and cai and such).

i sense sarcasm?

if i sell the rsx, can i still sell it with the loan? do i just take the proceeds of selling the rsx and pay off the rest of the loan with it?
-
You should take out another 10k for when it breaks, nobody really mods them, becuase what happens when you blow it up? Oh sweet, a 20,000 dollar bill for a new motor ! yay!
more boost + nothing to tune it with + a car that wasn't meant to be modified = not something you want to mess around with, especially when your going to have a loan on the car....
-
like i said before, its expensive. My question was if i still have a loan on my rsx and i decide to sell it, can i still sell the car with the loan on it? I just have to pay off the rsx loan after selling the car or do i need to pay off the loan before?
-
wells fargo i believe?

so far, from what i have seen, most guys arent pushing over 250 bhp with the car. That allows it to run 6.5 0-60s which is not any faster than my car right now. Thats with a new pulley, cai, header, bored out throttle body and tune. some guys on the forum were talking bout using nitrous wet kit and getting some good gains. Ill have to read more on that. But from what it seems, its more of a luxury car. so its not worth spending gobs of money on it.
