Lexan fitment.

Just get good lexan, don't get the crap from Menards, etc. The Menard crap cracked as I was trying to cut it, and cracked again as I was trying to screw it onto the frame.

I got good polycarb from Custom Plastics in North Fargo, we just pre-drilled the holes and screwed it down.

MX6phan thanks for starting this thread i have been wondering the same stuff. I want to put lexan in my talon and i was just curious on how much it ran you guys (matt,Dave). Any helpful info would help me out as well!Just measure what you need and call Custom Plastics for the price. It wasn't that bad really. Price depends on the quality of poly you want. You can by scratch resistant stuff, but it's double of regular poly.
Good luck!

I might be able to source some poly as well...I can find out if you want.

Actually I could have Matt's brother help. Offer is on the table for help though.
