A witness is a witness. You saying that basically means I can't believe chuck either because he could be full of shit too.
A witness is a witness until the FPD proves what they are saying is a lie. So until that happens, we now have the other side of the story.

I think its hillarious when another side of the story (from a witness) is shown, you guys instantly hop on defense and deny everything saying it's a false witness, etc.

I was a witness too... it was the fairys and gnomes fault....
But to be realistic, none of us know what truly happend, technically all anyone is going by is speculation and what they've heard... The argument is about as pointless as it can get cause neither side has hard evidence... But on the other hand its fun to watch ppl bitch and see how retarded their comebacks are... Yes it does. He was being an idiot. We already gathered that information.
But from a witness who saw the end part of the accident (which chuck stated he did NOT see), more information as become available to us. From chuck's statement, all he saw was that the biker quickly accelerated and lifted the front wheel up. Thats it.
