I don't understand how this is not a practical swap?? equipped similarly the mirage has to weigh less than an evo

and comparing a civic to a RSX is just plain dumb...... they don't even have the same drivetrain configuration

I dunno, for all the money he's put into it, he could've had an Evo. I can understand doing it as a track only car due to weight differences, but why TRY to create an Evo when you could just buy one.

That's like saying John Force's funny car is a piece of shit because its still just a mustang. Extreme example but when you heavily modify a car it becomes something else.

evos werent built for drag racing, they are built for rally and road racing. and i hope you can beat a stock X..or any stock evo for that matter, they are slow. unless you cant do better than a 14 sec 1/4 mile.
