My dad and I where looking at maps on the clay county website. You could raise and lower the water level and look at where the water would be.HAHAHA I just looked at that, pretty funny that they show Moorhead all the way up to 44' but in Fargo it stops at 40'.
When people began to settle here Moorhead was suppose to be the big town because of the higher ground.

Yeah, my mother is screwed at 42ft according to the map lol, she lives in like the geographic center of Moorhead...not good lol.
Bill, what cause the other to happen? The differences in state government(ie, taxes)? I know Moorhead was kinda known as a "Tavern town" back in the day.

If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding plugging your sewer, battery backup's on your sump pumps, or even the installation of a new sump pump, give us a call. We have about 25 sump pumps in our shop and plan on pickup about about 25-30 more today.
We have installed several sump's over this past week, and have several more in stock to continue installing!

Sorry, but I just can't feel bad for people in this... it happens every year... here's an idea, don't wanna get flooded, don't live where it does, especially low ground...
