No ones asking you to feel bad, but fuck man, you don't have to be so fucking insensitive(or douchebag). It's not always black and white. If person x was diagnosed with cancer and couldn't work therefore their car got repossessed, it's a little different situation.

Ask yourself who you are trying to reason this too.... really now.... is it worth the effort??

Well see here's an easy way of solving problems like that... and how I approach such things..

If I can't pay cash or write a check (that I have funds for obviously) for something, then I don't buy it... All my cars, parts, electronics, other stuff, paid cash... If I couldnt afford it at the time I wanted it, then I saved my money till i had enough, and made sure I dont blow it on stupid stuff... Everyone calls me a cheap ass because of it and because I like to have a bit of money saved up, but I like to have it where if i lose my job or something I can still pay rent, eat, etc. for a few months, which in the case of losing a job i could most likely have found one just as good long before that time is up. (which if ur reading this wes is why i was hesitant on buying a tv when i did, because it dipped a little into that "emergency stash") The only things i'll ever have a loan for is school (paid well over half outa pocket, coulda had a modded wrx, s2k, built civic, etc, but i tried to pay off as much of that as possible first), and a house.... Did that guy absolutely need to have a newer STi, did his life depend on it, or could he have had a cheaper car that didnt need a big loan for that could've gotten them around....

Now if someone fell on hard times and couldnt afford the shittiest beater, that is the difference from them making it to work or not and supporting themselves, yes then I would feel sorry for them... I dont feel bad cause someone can't have the baller car over something that'll just get them around....

If this belief makes me an insensitive d-bag then oh well... Maybe if more ppl would stop trying to live above their means, there would be a lot less ppl with maxed out credit cards, house foreclosures, ppl way in debt, etc...

08 Honda Ruckus - Stunt Machine

Yeah, and I understand about the emergency stash. Everyone should have it, but it can go fast. And I make a point not to buy things on credit either. Done resonsibly, it's not a bad thing at all. It just seemed to me like you were trashing the guy without knowing the situation. In that last post you were doing more than just "name calling", you used some evidence to support your point. It makes it seem less shallow and like a cheapshot.

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!
