My mother was in the hospital, I actually had P O A and had to close for her. we had five days to move out of our old house because of the fact that it was a buyout house, and the builder took so long, we could have not closed but then she would've had no place to live. We were verbally promised by the realtor that everything would get fixed.

Not the Realtors job to fix the house.

is it actually a structural problem? or are the walls just not square/plumb/true? the city should have inspected and signed off on the framing for compliance with building codes. you could probably try take him to court to battle over the definition of "acceptable practices and industry standards" but i wouldnt expect much. -if you looked at a model home completed by this company and the quality was there, you might have a leg to stand on?

tell them you will forget about if you can have the other side that gets done right 🙂

Umm, is the realtor the one fixing the house?? You didn't even get a verbal promise from the builder, the realtor just wanted to get paid, which he doesn't get if the house doesn't sell. You got screwed and you really have no recourse other than to hope the builder will want to save their rep. Good luck, hope it gets straightened out.

no structural problems, the foundation was poured about 2 years ago by rainbow construction, they went out of business. Builtright bought it from the bank, and finished buiding the house. No structural problems at all, just walls being out of whack, trim finishing sucked dick, that kinda stuff, I will post pics when I get home from work

                    no race car? becuz homeowner...
