TIN and PSIed said that your car was slower than tins, and I am not just saying that, they said you ran like a harwood style 16.5+ or something at the track, higher than that I think. Let's just say, I slaughtered TIN from a roll, and it was pretty close from a dig. He told me not to tell anyone the outcome. Nah, it was close. I pretty much had him for a while, then he pulled later, but I would hope so, having 30 more hp than me from the factory. It was serioulsy not even close from a roll, but I suppose you guys are heavier and all. I am sure I will race you some day here and stop all of this nonsense, but not now, after what just happened, and having to pay $89 to nissan today, I am taking it easy.

They said it, not me, ask them. I thought you were noth 98s, did you get a newer one? I think you said something about that a while ago. Tjamz, it's a dynojet, roller.

yes, dynoed about 2 months ago. 283 WHP and 296 Torque. all this was @ 16.5 psi in a 94 degree shop on 92 octane. I'm still not fully tuned for racing, this was just to get my car running, not a performance tune at all. TXS is getting almost 100 WHP more than I am out of my setup...and running 11's. No worries though, I'll make the trip to Godspeed for the ultimate tune sometime this winter to get tuned by God himself... I should see low 12's high 11's by the end of next year HOPEFULLY.

P.S - No performance mods to the solara so dont think I'm doing anything to it.

the reason it wasnt close from a roll is that you started in a different gear than him... -

All utecs (v 3.1 and higher) came standard w/ launch control from the factory. Many of the guys utilizing it where experiencing problems w/ their cars after using it so I think that may be the reason that he's not. -

as for me not racing. Too many horror stories of people from Muscatell Subaru being at the tracks and denying warranty if they see you there. Considering my piston rings just got warranties I'm thankful I didn't as the labor cost would've been tremendous. I don't want to do aftermarket internals either since I am selling the car. -

what are you talkin about? i wasnt mocking anything...i was simply stating that he started in a higher gear...pretty much every auto you can select the gear your in and shift when you want...and i dont really see how i was pwned or owned...either way -
I wasn't directing that all at you, but a lot of people mock my shiftronic auto. Everyone can shift, but that's gay, the whole, 1-2-D or whatever there car is. I hear that's also really hard on the tranny, where mine is not. I can hold higher RPM's easier and smoother. Usually they only have like 1st and 2nd gear, I can do it with any of them.

Too bad they still suffer from larger power losses than MTX cars. I want paddle shift personally

Thats (paddle shifter) on my list after/when I get my valvebody done...that and TC lockup mod, should help eliminate some of the losses normally associated w/ autos.
