If you had $250,000, no more and no less, what car(s) would you buy? Would you lay it all on a Ferrari F430 or a few Evos and S2000s? I would like everyone's opinion on this one.

I'll take a Toyota Prius and throw the rest into some investments because cars are not a very good way of investing.

I'll take a DSM and use the rest for parts to keep it running properly for a year or two.

In reality though, I'd import an STi Spec-C, and have prodrive install their 9 speed automatically shifting manual transmission in it (~$73,000 total including shipping & labor, etc...)

then I'd probably get an EVO MR for my second car (~36,000)

Next up would be a JDM Subaru 22B (~40,000 I'm guessing due to how rare they are)

Lotus Elise (~40,000)

Subaru Forester XT (~27,000)

Nissan Titan (~30,000)

15,000 - enclosed car trailer(guess on price)
If I could spend the rest on tools to fix my car, i'de just get one of everything craftsman makes

Call me a simpleton, but first I'd buy a house for about $100,000 and then spend $25,000 furnishing it. Then buy the wife the '64 Impala lowrider she's always wanted for about $35,000 and finally, get me the Cobra replica I've always wanted for about $50,000. And still have a little cash left over to get both my 13 and 15 year old kids into a decent first car.

98-ish TT supra for my DD. keep it relatively stock. keyword: relatively.
05 mazdaspeed miata - put a few grand into suspension/wheels/tires
05-ish evo - also a few grand into suspension/tranny
98-ish z28 - supercharged.. along with a few other goodies.

nothing thats going to break any land speed records, but theyd all be fun to cruise around in.
