My brother got tangled up in the feature and crashed into the gate on the back straightaway. Damage wasn't horrible, but took him out for the night. Was pretty cool watching Laske come from 13th to finish 2nd in the mini mod feature though. Was a good time, well 156+ ounces of beer helped things a bit but it's all relative.

Youre joking right?Nope. Circle track racing in North Dakota has been a big part of my family's past time for over 40 years now. My dad has won a shit ton of track championships over the years and after a very long hiatus from racing came back to place 2nd in the nation in points in his class back to back before retiring from racing when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. My brother was 2nd in points in West Fargo in his class last year in his first year back after not racing for over a decade on a regular basis.

Joe dad's name is Dick Schulz. I don't remember if he ever raced in WF. He wouldn't when he was racing all over hell because he hated the wall there. He mostly raced in Bismarck, Mandan, and Minot. I also remember him racing in Jamestown, Williston, Rugby, and a few other places once in awhile.
