        No secret to put in a 350 crank, try a 400. Also not top secret but very few will believe it'll work until they see it. They have really dropped off in popularity since Wissota dropped 360 sprints, now everyone runs 410's. This combo is is a lot of machining and other labors, but worth it. I'm done hijacking your thread now Ruthless ( and Bandit, sort of).

              never said it had to be, but going EFI just adds to the degree of difficulty if one does not know what they are doing.

              Although, I forget who it was, but somebody just came out with a Ford based EFI conversion for the Pontiac motors...

                It's already carb'd, I'm not changing that, I'll get a larger carb, but I'm not goin to EFI, I haven't decided if I want to keep it automatic or not.

                  YOU DONT NEED A LARGER CARB!!! Lets just concentrate on gettting an engine back in that thing.
