Saying that is just giving the guy vindication for not coughing up the car. They obviously shouldn't have made the deal without getting the car immediately. But, by no means does that make them liable or in the wrong in any way. A DEAL IS A DEAL!!! They lived up to their end of the bargain and it's time to pay the piper.

To think that because they trusted someone that they deserved what happend to them in ANY way or that's it's their fault is just bullshit.

Why would you not get anything in writing? That is bad business on your part. Sure it sucks that you've not received what you purchased, but you also didn't do your part, covering your own ass.

I bought a vehicle from a forum member on here, and I had to wait for the title too. But I got the vehicle up front upon paying and also had documents that were basically proof that the vehicle was paid for by me and purchased from him. etc. etc.
