I went to get the car registered in my name. Once I found out he had a loan on it, I knew right away I got fucked over. .Now you really have me confused. I guess I always take a title with me when I register a vehicle. Have the procedures since changed??? Like in the last couple weeks????

Misunderstanding here. When I purchased the vehicle, he didnt tell me that there was a loan, but when we went to go get the car registered and title put in my name, I found out that there was a loan on it. Its sounds dumb, and awkward but it is what it is. Dont get me wrong, he seems pretty cool, but half the stuff he tells you, is bullllshit. Mark won't sell him the car lot. He's telling everyone that when he gets his VA money, he's buying the lot, but that's not going to happen since he doesn't know how to even run a business. The bank is going to start taking all his cars if he doesn't get his head on straight. Speaking of which, I'm actually going to his bank tomorrow to see what I need to do to nial his ass for what he did. Im furious right now, when someone repo's ur f'in vehicle, ur credit goes down. or so I heard.

So if you're a person who doesn't have credit, can't get a co-signer for a loan, and can only finance. Stay away.Best advice ever. If you can't afford something/can't get credit through traditional means, don't buy it. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

was this a buy here/ pay here and you missed your payment so he took the car back? Most car lots don't own their inventory, it is all financed, although under a balloon. You can't get insurance on a car that is not yours, either. When the title showed up with a lienholder, you promply walk back and get your money back immediately. That is your own fault.

I found out he had a loan on it THE DAY that him and I went to put the title in my name and get it registered. RIGHT WHEN we're getting i t registered, he said that he has a loan on it and hasn't made payments on it. So we agreed that the money I give him every month for the car, would go to paying off his loan. I MADE my payments on time, he used MY MONEY to buy stuff for his accord, when he was supposed to use the money I give him to make payments on his loan for the 300zx. So long story short, the bank took it, and somehow he got the car back on the lot and is selling for $3990. The car isn't worth that much, The clutch was going out when I bought it, and I bought a ACT HD Stage 1 clutch off the net for it. Just couldn't find someone to put it in. Cuz Nissan/Toyota would rip me off hardcore. I fixed it up a lil bit but not enough to make it look good. Got a driverside front fender for it, matching color with the stripin. Larry wants that but I won't give it to him. I'll send it back and get my $$$ back.

when you found out he had a loan on it, why wouldnt you just go to the bank that he has the loan through and pay them directly for it? that way you wouldnt have gotten fucked!
