Exactly what I was saying. Did you actually wait for my response, as if I'm worked up about it lolz. I went to bed, but flame on all you want about the shopping cart thing it was like 4 years ago, I was a retard, I apologized for it. That however does not disqualify me from pointing out that this guy on his rocket ran into the side of a SUV while pulling a wheelie and going way too fast. I'm sure she saw him, even if she didn't, when she pulled out he was probably a block away and under normal circumstances she would have had plenty of time to clear the lane for him. I'm not ragging on the guy, ok maybe a little, but that is just stupidity plain and simple. Here's your Darwin award. You acted stupid. He acted stupid. I believe that is equal right there. You were just fortunate enough of it only being a 10lb shopping cart while he hit a 6000lb escalade.
What if that were a semi you hit? Would you be the dumbass for fucking around and risking your life?
Parker, feel free to jump in if you wish :icon_cheers:

It doesn't change the fact that he made a stupid move and paid the ultimate price for it. It does suck and I feel for his family and friends but at the same time you can't say good things for him about what happened just because he died. I mean just because Saddam Hussein is dead doesn't mean we have to say nice things about him. Respect for the dead is one thing, turning a blind eye to stupidity for some misguided morality is quite another.

Go for it. Let's hope I survive so I can sue your ass for every penny your worth. Deal?
Capitalj - I'm sure you've smartened up. Yes, he made a mistake. There was no reason to drive like that. But her inexperience is also to blame here. You cannot put 100% of the fault on the biker. Bottom line. End of story.

IF it were you in that situation, i'm willing to bet you would have enough common sense to let the moron biker pass before attempting to cut into traffic.
At the age of 15, you don't have that much experience behind the wheel.
My .02 is the inexperience has a factor in this whether it's a small amount or a large amount, it is still a factor.

I find it so funny that you are too dumb to accept the fact that she couldnt see him or judge his rate of speed correctly. I find it even funnier that your BLAMING her for not seeing him or his rate of speed, but he OBVIOUSLY didnt see a fucking ESCALADE? WTF is going on in your head? its a 6500lb SUV and he didnt see it to miss it? But wait, the girl didnt see something the size of 1 person doing 80mph during rush hour. Good god, its quite obvious that HE was the one not driving defensively, and HE was the one that could have easily avoided the situation. Therefore it was HIS fault

Where did I EVER say that he did not see the SUV? I didn't. So you fail.
I'm not blaming her for not judging his rate of speed correctly, I'm saying she should maybe be driving a bit more defensive.
Do I think he got what was coming to him? Yes. It was completely unacceptable for what he was doing.
But how about instead of saying it's 100% the bikers fault, how about you biker haters just look at the other side and realize that maybe, JUST MAYBE, a 15 yr old girl with a friend in the car was probably distracted by 1 of many things. Let me list them for you:
- Friend
- Stereo
- Cell Phone
- Changing CD
Want me to list more?
Don't get me wrong, I feel a huge majority of this blame is put on the biker, but as in ANY accident, it's not 100% his fault. She is at fault in some sort or another.
