red neon on lowrider rims

saw this saturday morning in moorhead. it was like a 2000+ red neon with what look like lowrider rims, not sure if thats what they are. their small and stick out far. very ugly either way...anybody know him?

That car is sooooo.....bad looking. The guy doesn't even have a set of spinners for the wheels. Ugly as hell. The guy thinks he's "gangster" too. Kinda funny.

what size are this guys rims? I havent seen it but I've seen others that didnt look that bad with larger rims.

I know there was a guy in Illusionz(sp?) that had a lowrider neon with wires and hydros, but I cant seem to find their website anymore.

however I don't know if that guy is around anymore (not the same person that's being talked about here either). I've never seen him out with the club in the 2 years I've talked to some of the guys, and he's not on the members list anymore.

and I just saw the car in question here today. I bet his wheel bearings love him! Entire damned wheel is outside of the fender...

wowser. i almost feel bad for that kid. i saw his car yesterday, and i laughed at him too...but why would anyone do that to that kind of car...?
