well i figure i could sell the other wastegate on ebay for about 75-100 and i was going to spend like 50 on a boost controller... and the tial is about 275 with the spring I need. so about 100-150 extra dollars see my thinking lol

bigger=less chance of boost creep and most likely better control...

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

I would like to know for fit, not for boost control, I know both will be fine for flow cuz I'll be pushin 300hp at the max, I think my 1.3L block can only handle 340 before it is about to break.

Size wise the tial's are usually smaller than the turbonetics wastegates actually.

sounds like a plan, they have a 17.4 psi spring so I think i will go with that, they also have a 18.84 psi spring.... My fuel is set for 18psi but then i am going to fine tune just a bit, witch spring should i go with?

One more thing what is this thing about wastegate creep or whatever it is called, do i need to worry about that? Worry about my wastegate not allowing my turbo to spool as fast or is that more for non external wastegated turbo set ups?

Go with the Tial 38mm with the 18.xx spring. What are you putting this on? You mentioned a 1.3l engine, you will not have to worry about creep with a 38mm gate at ~18psi. This would be a perfect setup for you.

Haha, duh! No, depends on what you are turboing, what turbo, etc. Lets hear some details. But definately a tial is the way to go.

A TIAL 38mm is plenty big for the turbo you plan on using.
