Does the Quick 8 still pay cash FTW?

What are the rules for running the quick 8?
I think the only rule is that some frown on you running a Mopar.
Just Wanted to say Thanks to Charlie and crew for the hard work getting the track raceable, I'm sure everything will be better in the future. And Thanks to Playtime Performance for the Q8 cash, I was going to leave after my first pass on the marbles but Dave Henry talked me out of it (good to see him again), the track did start to come back after some hard work by the crews and cars running down it. I was able to get some useful data and got within a half second of the cars best, won the Q8, and met some very nice people.
I didnt see any of the "drama" that happened. What went down that some speak of? Thanks, Warren Stramer............Dodge Daytona (actually a 84 Laser XE)
Looks like you are still using factory type motor mounts, time for solid plates front and at bell hsg. you might/probably are twisting and distorting the block. Caps can't stay in the registers.:icon_scratch:
What the ruck! I haven't raced in three years and I'm still in the top ten?............Hope to see you guys there in a few weeks. Hoping to get this old mope in the nines.
a few shots of some updates.........................

In the video sounds like Matt lost the convertor during the burnout.
I had plans to race up there as I have some racer buddies there, How is the track surface Dave?

Well its like I always tell Matt and Dave, Nitro is for racing, gas is for washing parts, and nitrous is for little girls and queers.:icon_flower: And yes I am homophobic, so if you are one stay away from me

Yup,will pick up 75hp, and lighter weight also. Seriously though, I don't have a clue as to what you guys are building, Hopefully you will be fast. Just don't under estimate the turbo Mopars. They are THE original FWD performance cars.........Later, Warren
