MAC cat-back- I can hook you up (bolt-on)
polished stainless tips, dual outlet, and deeper, throatier sound.
If you rice it out, I will kill you. Period.
Off-Road "H" pipe available as well, worth about 14 RWHP in all.
      (I'm assuming V6)
      andy

Flowmaster works, too, but everybody has it and the MAC sounds cooler

I guess Bassani makes the best sounding exhaust but they are super expensive.

Over the winter I have been working a lot and tryin to get as much of my car paid off as possible, but i did buy a couple things for my car, i got some new chrome 18" rims, diamond cut headlights, and a mesh grille. I was wondering what you all would recommend for exhaust, I know I want dual but I cant decide between 2 rice cans or just keep it semi domestic. I want to do the whole exhaust system. Please give input and if you know anyone who would be able to do it at a reasonable cost.

                        haha, you rock andy.....
(you worked on Bill O's 95 Cobra 'vert didn't you? Figure mustangdude could make his 6 sound like that? 😉 [Bill's car is painfully loud, but oh so damn sexy sounding])

You can pull that much horsepower out of a V6 with just the exhaust? What are the specs on that exhaust? (pipe) I've only heard one V6 I've liked though.... (my buddies 255HP Vorteched V6 Thunderbird with a single flowmaster sounds pretty 'meh', but another one of 'the guys' had something setup on his V6 cougar that sounded decent)

I also agree going for Macs, or even Magnaflows. Both sound good. (and I personally hate the Flowmaster sound)

do NOT get the ricer tips. shudder I'm sorry, but those don't even look good on a honda IMO.
And I think I'd vote for turndowns tucked up under the rear bumper. Looks much better if they're tucked into the V8 bumper as opposed to hanging down under the V6 bumper IMO.

commas and periods are your friend

Also not to hijack shanes thread but being a mustang owner myself, ive heard lots of people refer me to SLS, will they work on Mustang stuff like exhaust, intake piping, etc?

One of the best exhaust systems made for most cars is Billy Boat... sound awsome and give great performance... but not many of their systems drop under $1000

                              I ride random bitches.

Bassani with an X or H pipe would be FRIGGEN awesome (assuming it is a V8).

If it is a V6 the best exhaust you can get is called a "sell your 6 banger and get a V8 if you are going to have a mustang" exhaust.

But seriousley, there is very little difference in most catbacks you can buy from big name companies and one that could be fabbed up in town.
