Porsche Cayman S

I had to get parts at velley imports last week and they have one inside, kinda cool but i would much sooner have the old body 993 turbo they have in the showroom just like off of bad boys(except its red).

i thought the cayman and boxster were mid-engine not rear engine, BIG difference.
-
they are mid engine, you are correct.

http://www.porsche.com/usa/models/boxster/boxster-s/featuresandspecs/for the $4000 difference between Boxter S ($54,700) and Cayman S ($58,900), I'd take the Cayman S.

IDK, its hard to beat the handling characteristics of a car with a roof on it.

OH, REALLY?......Generally speaking, I stand by my words....for example a convertible corvette doesn't handle as well as a hardtop. Cars specifically designed to be convertibles tend to do better than those that were "converted" into ragtops as a marketing technique. So, I'd say that yes the boxster was designed for drop top operation, but I'd be willing to bet that the Cayman can outperform it due to the added structural benefit of having a roof.
