    just got a adjustable cam gear 4 my 92 civic. its a 1.5 and is mostly oem. not to sure what the best degree to set it is. any help would be great. thanks

        Why would you get a cam gear for a mostly stock car??

        And yes stock would be best.

                  well a friend of mine put a v tec head on his 92 civic and now his rings are shot. could the head be the problem?

                    I have that done on my car, d15b7 block with a d16z6 head. Just take your time and dont cut any corners and your good. If you just replace the key parts (new seals, gaskets, ect.) you will be A-OK:icon_thumright: Nice little boost of power.

                        cool. i have a chance 2 get a v tec head from a 2000 civic 1.6. i have been told it will fit but am not sure?

                                  if i were you i would look around and try to pick up a d16y8 head. They flow better. Plus that and if your looking at a 2000 head that is OBD2, and you are OBD1. y8's are OBD1. but...its your car
