      no it runs realy well.. has a stumble here and there but that a carb for ya

        Id pull the thermostat and see what it did..... if the whole system overheats still i would have to think it is a rad problem..

        and you are not pushing any air into the coolant?? and not loosing any coolant?

              ok ill switch fans.. i have a few sitting around.. but what one do you think is better the 6 blade or the 3 blade? the 3 blade looks like the blades have more of a scoup to them..

                  they have a clutch... but i did change fans and it still gets hot

                    check the timing and look for a vaccume leak. thats what was happining with my camaro a couple years ago and it was because the timing was advanced and it had a small vaccume leak, it ran fine too.

                        What kind of shroud is around the fan? Make sure you have the right fan, s-10 fans and water pumps will bolt right up but have opposite rotation. Also make sure there's no restriction in the exhaust.

                            id chech the fan clutch, also fan shroud and is it getting the air flow directed thru the core properly

                              traveling at speed down the highway the fan should be irrelevant

                              there should be way more than adequate airflow across the rad. even if the fan was taken off, when traveling down the highway

                                its not the fan thats for sure.. i tryed 2 other fans and i know both of thase work because i pulled them off running trucks.. i think the radiator might be cloged, so ill see what i can come up with

                                    i know im not loosing coolant.. and i just run regular gas or ethonal just cheap shit for the trucks...
